Essay

This thisis dials with contemporary occupational mobility mechanism with respect to specialists holding a university degree into private sector structures. The author suggested a theoretical approach towards studying the individual occupational mobility as a crisis and destruction process of the former socio-occupational identity and the new identity construction. A notion of occupational identity was developed with its types classified and formation mechanism analysed. The types of mobility motivation and the types of individual adaptation of mobile subjects to new occupation were identified.
