continuation "The economic and organization mechanism of state regulation of agro-industrial production in Ukraine" 9118 "Manuscript"; the object of using: forms and methods of the state support and regulation of agro-industrial production spheres of activity of state structures in respect to its dynamic development in Ukraine; the aim of investigation: analysis realization of the temporary situation and directions substation and examples of the state regulation of production activity of agrarian sector of economy, improvement economic and organization mechanism of the state support of agroindustrial production in post-reforming period; the main methods: are abstract-logic, monographic, calculative-constructive, tabular comparative; theoretical and practical results: generalized existing in scientific publications definitions of economic categories, the state supported protectionism, the state regulation of the agro-industrial production, classified forms and methods of these socio-economic occur rences, pointed directions of their practical using; the level of inculcate: elaborated proposals recommendations and project of their inculcation during preparation and actualizing of the state program off AIC development, legislative projects and normative acts, economic-organization actions of Ukraine state's Organs; the effectiveness: it will fortify the state support and the state regulation of agro-industrial production, will determine main directions of the state organ participation in AIC development; sphere branch of using: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
