The dissertation is devoted to the questions of development of the functional-valuable models and their use for improvement the automated control systems on bakery example. On the basis of the new information technology - Structured Analysis and Design Technique (SADT) - the functional - valuable model of the automated control system of bakery has been worked out and with it's help the analysis of operative production control was carried out. The functional - valuable analysis of the realization of the product function was carried out. The improvement steps were proposed for the organization - information providing of the operational control system by the production. The problems decide in the control system contour was carried out. Methods and algorithms of decision made by operative production control system considering the specifics of manufacturing situations and possibility of risk assessment were offered. Databases, models and programs complexes ware worked out and they ware applicated at Kyiv ba kery №10.
