Shpatus'ko M. Complex treatment of postpartum anaemia.

This scientific work is devoted to prophylactic of postpartum complications in postpartum anaemia patients by complex therapy with acupuncture and ultraviolet autoblood irradiation usage. The peculiarities of haemopoesis, change in ferrum metabolism, status of vegetative nervous system as well as psychological adaptation in anaemic parturients and clinical and statistical analysis of the postpartum complications was dove. It was found that postpartum women had suffered from disturbance of eritropoesis as a result of gestational change. Acupuncture usage normilized neuro-vegetative regulation disturbance of haemopoesis and hypoxia influence was declined by ultraviolet autoblood irradiation. Positive change in psychological adaptation was found in patients with complex treatment. Rapid normalization of haemopoesis, ferrum metabolism as well as biochemical indexes resulted in 2,2 times decriase in postpartum infectious complications and 4,5 times decrease in hypogalactia.
