The object of investigation - the women with chronic salphingophorits which combine with fackground diseases of the cervix of the uterus. The aim of the thesis is the treatment optimisation of background diseases of the cervix of the uterus united with chronic salphingophorits. The methods are the elarrelation by the method of radio-immuno test, immunofermento test of microbio-cenosis of sexual passages, colpocervicoscopia histological and cytological investigation, on-comarcers, clinical and ultrasonic examinations. Estimative risk criteria of the beginnings of background dislases of the cervix of uterus are formed. The stages of medical rehabilitative program for patients with combine nonmalignant pathology of genitals are suggested
