Obtained data is shown that hemodynamic pressure reaction during exercise test in hypertensive patients reliable more expressed as compared with healthy persons and is characterized by non homogenous hemodynamic response, which depend on the stage of the disease. The increased platelet functional activity have been detected in hypertensive patients. In the patients with mild hypertension reliable elevation of fibrinolytic blood activity degree and factor XIII activity is determined. That may regard as protective trigger mechanism in a response on activation of platelet adhesive-aggregate properties. In the patients with moderate and severe hypertension reliable increasing of serum interleikins activity as compared with healthy persons is detected. Reliable decreasing of fibronectin plasma levels in the period of hypertension progress is determined. Correlative connections between levels of serum cytokines activity, fibronectin and index of platelet functional activity are revealed. On the basis of plat elet activity study in dynamics of exercise test in the patients with mild hypertension prognosis method of borderline condition transition is elaborated.
