Nemyrovs'ka O. The principle of Competitiveness of Sides and its Realization in Court Practice

The dissertation is devoted to problems of principle of competitiveness of sides as a constitutional back ground of court procedure as to civil cases; studying of its historical development and acting legislation as to it: to analyzing of the meaning and place of it in the system of civil process principles; to finding a new definition of this principle; to comparative analysis of foreign legislation devoted to it; to searching a new mechanism of its realization; to studying of present practice of a civil cases court procedure; to proposing recommendations as to improving a legal position and regulation of the principle of competitiveness in civil process legislation of Ukraine.
