Piontkovs'kyj V. 3. Influence of perftoran on the state of system lipid peroxide oxidation of red blood cells membranes in patients with acute myocardial infarction.

The dissertation is devoted to problems of a substantiation and introduction of the new method of complex treatment of the patients with acute myocardial infarction with use of the perftoran on the basis research the state of system lipid peroxide oxidation of the cellular membranes on model of red blood cells and system their antioxidant protection to practical medicine. For the first time it is shown that using of the perftoran in patients with acute myocardial infarction, who have been admitted to hospital at the first 6 hours from the beginning of acute chest pain, results in reduction of displays hipoxemia and tissue hipoxia, the damaging action of processes lipid peroxide oxidation and compensatory increase of activity antioxidant system, improvement of clinical course of disease, reduction of frequency relapsing and intensity of painful syndrome, decrease of a segment ST on ECG and formation of subacute stage of myocardial infarction already for 2 day of disease.
