This scientofic work is devoted to the decision of the actual problem of uterine fibromyoma and thyroid gland pathology interconnection. The aim of the work is determinating of the criteria for differential approach to theatment of women with uterine fibromyoma and thyroid gland pathology. The perimenopausal period is accompanied by the disoler of endocrinological system. The problem of combination of thyroid gland pathology and uterine myoma, accompanying pre-and postmenopausal period is considered of the fist time.
