New direction of biliodigestive drainage based on the concept of excluding maximallyshort jejunum segment with obligatory formation of the valve obstacle. It was founde that excluding of part of jejunum with full doubled section annihilate negative influence of its irritation by not chimus diluted bile on the gastro-intestinal tract organs. It was shown that even areflux valve anastomosis does not guarantee biliar tract from the aascending infection.
