In a thesis the concept oriented to allowing of a problem of interaction of branches of authority in connection with new historical realities, which have arisen in post-soviet the states (Ukraine, Russia, Belorussia). The attempt of the all-round analysis of the system of sharing of authority in posttotalitarian society as tools of achievement of consensus between opposite political forces with the objective non permit destructions of processes is carried out which provoke destruction of the political and legal system of a society. It is offered the system of various measures, which allow to overcome the contradictions between constitutional proclaimed in post-soviet the states by systems of authority and variants of their practical incarnation.
