DREVETNYaK A. Clinical -morphologic and genetic peculiari- ties of acute appendicities in schizophrenic patients

There was carried out a research of clinical- morphologic comparison in cases of acute ap- pendicities at schisophrenic patients with rega- rd to influential genetic and environmental fac- tors. The most informative clinical symptoms of destructive appendicities were distinguished as well as risk factors of its development at these patients. Immunologic shifts,distinguished at schizophrenic patients with development of des- tructive appendicities, speak in favour of active diagnostic tactics and use of immunomodula- tors during the postoperative period. Taking in- to account peculiarities of acute appendicities, Account peculiarities of acute appendicities, use of additional methods of researche allow to reduce a number of diagnostic mistakes.
