Thesis is devoted to the problems of surgical treatment of haemorrhoids. On basis of clinico-morphological examination was devised method of hemorrhoidectomy with use of stapling appa ratus SB-25, TC-28. It was devised indications and contra-indicati- ons to apparatus hemorrhoidectomies in compa rison with Milligan-Morgan operation with full of stapling of wounds of anal canal by manual catgut suture. It was show advantages of appa- ratus hemorrhoidectomies with Milligan-Mor- gan operation. It was widen conceptions adout morphological changes of rectum at the hemor- rhoids.
