Essay

The variety of the new noncondensed bisthiazolidones-4 and macroheterocyclic compounds on their base was synthesized. New method was designed to synthesize new macroheterocyclic compounds on the base of alifatic diamines. Number of compounds which possess distinct anti-inflammatory, neiroleptic, cytostatic activity and are charecterized by low toxicity were discovered by biological research of synthesized compounds.
