Different private forms agricultural enterprises of the Crimean Autonomous Republic producing vegetables for food and seeds purposes. The analysis of the present state of the open ground vegetables branches in the Crimea and the scientific ground of the ways and reserves of the improvement the vegetable production economic conditions. The statistic and economic, monographic, economic and mathematic methods. The regularity of the Crimean vegetable development and the vegetable production volume in the public sector farms are analysed. The economic vegetable role is determined and the money avaluation method of lands for vegetable enterprises it found out. The worked out model of the economic pa-rameters optimization allows with given level of profitableness to substantiate the parameters of the open ground vegetable crop pro-duction in accordience with the market situation; to determine the operated level of productions the site of maximum profit, the influ-ence of intensifying expenditures for the bran ch productivity and effectiveness in the whole. The effectiveness of the vegetable seed production as the most important factor contributing to the rise of vegetable profit-marking capacity is being substantiated.The sphere of utilization - agro-industrial Complex of the Crimea.
