Considered materials of papers about facts of murders and causing of corporal injurious, that were accompanied by death of victims. Analysed circumstances and mechanism of causing injurious that were gotten during of reproduction a situation and circumstance of event with an aim of inspection and precising of evidence at defendants and witnesses as with participation of judicial doctor. Confirmed a necessity and effectiveness of judicial doctor's participation in carring out present investigating action. Elaborated method of work of judicial doctor in reproduction of a situation and circumstance of event (in the main in limits inspection and precising of evidence at the place) for the facts of injurious by blunt solid and acute metal things, strangling by loop and hands; falling with the altitude and surface, gun's injurious. Use of the method was permited to reveal and fix in the papers of investigating actions additional sings which characterised circumstances and mechanism of causing injurious, and another signs were revealed very often that furthered the more highest effectiveness of curring out investigating action.
