The new diagnostic program is proposed for patients with focal liver lesions on the basis of efficiency analysis of modern examination methods: ultrasonography, aimed needle biopsy, computed tomography and immunoferment research. Nosological and topical diagnosis of focal liver lesions enables choosing the optimal strategy of management. Was elaborated a combined program of focal liver lesions treatment and determi-ning criterias of patients selection for miniinvasive and surgical treatment. Layer-by-layer high frequency thermodestruction was proved as a technique of conditionally radical cure of metastatic liver carcinoma.
