The thesis is dedicated to a problem of a decrease impulse of submission of a building mix at the robot of piston Solution-concrete placers at the expense of usage of an one-piston compensator, and ring-type piston unit of a compensator. The purpose - creation of the equipment small impulse of submission of concrete mixes of different movability on the manipulator to the basis for conditions "wet" torkret. The outcomes of researches and novelty - are detected the laws of motion of a concrete mix in a two-piston the solution-concrete placer, and pipe line; the physical and mathematical models small impulse of submission of a concrete mix are built; the technique of calculation of piston compensators is designed; the relations for definition of general pressure in an operating cylinder of the pump and mean costs of power of process of transportation of a mix on the pipe line are established. The outcomes of researches are expedient for using in conditions of modern building of Ukraine, to what the approb ation of the new equipment on building objects of testifies.
