Essay

Object of study: working processes for the preparation and transportation of building mortars with the plastering-mixing machine with a vertical screw. Aim: substantiation of parameters and rational modes of the small-sized plastering-mixing machine with a vertical screw work on the basis of constructing an interaction mathematical model with components of the building mortars in the preparation process. Methods: a method of physical and mathematical modeling, a method of mathematical experiment planning, a method of statistical processing of the planned experiment, a method of the similarity theory, a method of analysis and generalization, a method of comparative analysis. Equipment: USB-oscilloscope, regulator of electric current frequency, computing machines. Theoretical results: a mathematical model of the mortar mixing process in the plastering-mixing machine with a vertical screw with a screw blade variable generatrix is developed. Practical results: the plastering-mixing machine with a vertical screw with a screw blade variable generatrix was created and introduced in the building industry. Scientific novelty: the obtained functional dependencies, characterizing the mixing process of mortar mixing components in the machine mixer with a vertical screw with a screw blade variable generatrix; a universal coefficient for estimating the work quality of different designs for mixers is proposed; the dependence is given to describe the influence of the filtration lattice geometric parameters on the volume efficiency value of the mortarpump. The research results are implemented in practical activities of the construction company ALC Poltavtransbud (Poltava) and in the educational process of Poltava National Technical Yuri Kondratyuk University. Sphere of usage: scientific institutions, production and building enterprises, educational institutions, connected with development, production and usage of building technology.
