Essay

The thesis is devoted to research and substantiation of increase of reliability and efficiency of vibrators for compaction of building mixtures. On the basis of theoretical studies, a mathematical model of a vibration machine for calculating the reliability of operation at the operational stage has been developed. Carried out experimental studies that will provide an opportunity to identify the patterns of operating time to failure and develop an improved technique for determining the reliability of the elements of the construction of vibromachines. The algorithm and methodology of engineering calculation of the main parameters of the reliability indicators of the vibration machine elements are developed.
