The orthopedic patients. The purpose of research is to reduce frequency and expressiveness of by-effects of subarachnoid introduction of morphine after lower limb surger. Algometry by visual analog scale, pneumotachometry, volumetry, analysis of blood gases, ECG; SDP-70, respiratory volumetr 45022, Transcutaneous blood gas systems (TCM - 20267R-07), AECG3-01. The dependences of subarachnoid analgesia from a dose and solution baricity of morphine were established. It was proved, that subarachnoid introduction of a hypobaric solution of antagonist of opioid receptors naloxone considerably reduces frequency of by-effects of a hyperbaric solution of morphine, not influencing on qualities of an analgesia. Optimization of currents of the postoperative period. The field of application - the health protection.
