Essay

The object of research: different enterprises and industrial establishments. The purpose of research: сomplex investigation of the leasing foundations and recommendations developments to the improvement of the managerial mechanism of the leasing development. The methods of investigations: complex analysis, system approach, logical generalization, economic-mathematical modeling. The theoretical results: existing foreign and home scientific approaches are generalized in the development of the leasing mechanism taking into account of all modern requirements (on micro- and macrolevel) when large difficulties exist in investment and financial provision of the enterprises. The practical results: the proposition complex and recommendations are grounded, methodic proposals directed to improve leasing mechanism are worked out that on the whole provide the development of leasing relations in Ukraine.Novelty: the proposals as to improve agroindustrial complex in the respect of leasing mechanism of Ukraine, wide l ist of risk features in the leasing operations is put forward, the approaches to calculate the risks of the leasing activity are grounded; methodic grounds to calculate discount cost of the leasing project, the algorithm of the informational provision of the leasing activity while using modern computer technologies is worked out. The degree of inculcation: the development are introduced in Goint Venture Kharkiv Tractor Plant (Association Ukrtractor), medical-stomatology scientific-industrial Stock Venture "Eviva". The developments as to the questions of financing of agriculture were used in the process of preparation of leasing operations in agroindustrial complex of Ukraine. The field of use: industrial enterprises, teaching process.
