It has been established that the 105 patients with Q-myocardial infarction in an acute stage developed the disorders of the systolic function of the left ventricle and diastolic dysfunction of the left and right ventricles. The including of enalapril in the complex treatment promotes the improvement of the systolic and diastolic functions of the heart. The using of symvastatin promotes the hypolipidemic and antioxydant action and favourably effects the systolic function of the left ventricle
