Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the problems of the diagnostics and treatment of patients with anaerobic anclostridial peritonitis. The microbial landscape of acute peritonitis under modern conditions has been studied. A method of photomodified lavage of the abdomen has been eleborated and used in the experiments in vitro and in hospital. The method is based on the biologically determinated colouring of microorganisms by one of the dyes with the following irradiation of the infected by electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength coinciding with the absorption spectre of this or that dye. As a result of the activation of the dye absorbed by microorganisms the activation of tissue and intracellular oxygen takes place with its transition into an active form - singlet oxygen with the following destruction of the membranes of microorganisms by lysosomatic ferments. The diagnostic and medicinal algorithm of the patients with anaerobic anclostridial peritonitis has been elaborated with the application of well-kno wn and elaborated methods. Comparative tvaluation of the effectiveness of the well-known and suggested methods has been carried out by means of studying the results of the treatment in the basic and control groups.
