Thesis is dedicated to analysis of affection peculiarties in gastroduodenal and bilious systems, which have patients with chronic non-stony cholecystite with cronic gastroduodenite and their correction whith the of Chelidonium majus drugs addition to the treatment complex. Single and daily dose of Chelidonium majus drugs is determined, in normal conditions and experimental erosive-ulcer damages of rat gastroduodenal complex, defining free-radical lipid oxidation products and some systems parameters of glutation. We studied the influence of the single dose of Chelidonium majus drugs on acid creating function of the stomach and motility of gall bladder. We determined the peculiaries of course treatment influence by Chelidonium majus drugs on protective anti-radical systems, bile trace out system, function-morphological condition of mucosus membrane of stomach and duodenal intestine and degree of their insemination, immune system. We explained the expediency of Chelidonium majus drugs usage with given pat hology. We designed technique of differential treatment.
