Myl'nikov M. Differential diagnostics of acute appendicitis with the helр оf laser correlation spectroscopy (LCS) of blood plasma.

It is supplied the results of a research of the possibilities of using laser correlation spectroscopy for differential diagnostics of the various forms of acute appendicities. It was found out that laser correlation spectroscopy allowed with high degree of reliability to differentiate plasma of blood of the patients with acute appendicitis from plasma of blood of the donors, and plasma of blood of the patients beeing ill with acute appendicitis from plasma of blood of the patients with other diseases taking its course like acute appendicitis, and plasma of blood of the patients with destruction of appendicitis from plasma of blood of the patients with nondestruction forms of appendicitis.
