Essay

The work is devoted to the questions of improvement of results of the surgical treatment of ulcer's bleeding on the basis of revealing the reasons and frequency of early postoperative complications (EPC), their forecasting and developement of algorythm of preventive maintenance. For detection of the factors of probability of the development of EPC has been applied a step-by-step discriminant analysis. On the basis of the received factors of probability the algorythm of preventive measures is offered. The opportunity of decrease of the EPC frequency from 15,6% up to 9,1% and reduction of postoperative mortality from 4,4% up to 2,8% is reveled.
