The dynamical properties of the In4Se3, In4Te3 crystals. The calculation and analysis of the phonon spectra of the In4Se3, In4Te3 crystals, the analysis of the similarity of the InSe and In4Se3, crystals. The simulation is the investigation method. First the vibration spectra of the In4Se3 and In4Te3 crystals in the model of the axial-symmetric forces are calculated. The sufficiently of the developed model has been established. The method of the phonon spectra calculation of the complicate crystal on the X-ray structure data, obtained under the hydrostatic pressure, was proposed. The similarity of the beta-InSe and In4Se3 structure has been established. The semiconductor material science is the application region.
