Тhe dissertation is dedicated to the study of operattive technical possibilities and clinical ef- ficiency of vagotomy in the treatment of patie- nts who had undergone perforated ulcer repair. On all of the comparable indices like operati- vely -tecnically and clinico-physiologically,the main group show more preferable. therefore in the surgical management of post-perforative du- odenal ulcers, there is enough ground to state that, in specialized surgical departments organ- preserving operations are the metod of choice.
