Metallurgical Branch. The enterprises strategy development of their stock market activity. The methods of the comparative economic analysis, statistical technique and the expert methods. In the work there were defined methodological and practical basis of the formation of the metallurgical plants stock market strategy and the ways of the creation of the convenient business environment of their activity. There were developed the main definitions, models, criteria of the effective strategy formation of the enterprises activity on the market. The main results were implemented. The thesis could be used during the process of the planning of the investment activity in different branches of industry.
