Essay

The object of research is the plastic strain process of an anisotropic- porous materials billet; the aim of research is the provision of maximal permeability for liquids and gases and also provision of homogenous cellular structure of multichannel products obtained by means of powder metallurgy; research methods and equipment are analytical, experimental, PC, measuring instruments; theoretical and practical outcomes - research methods of plastic strain deformation of an anisotropic - porous materials billet are developed; it is obtained that minimal inhomogeneity of channel-forming fibers (up to 8%) is achieved when squirting an enveloped billet with combined rigidity through a enveloped billet with combined rigidity through a matrix with working surface of brachistochrone type; the ways and devices of obtaining multichannel products by means of powder metallurgy including ones with thickness of walls between channels less than 100 mkm are offered; mathematical modelling (simuiation) for phyico- mechan ical performances determining without labour-consuming experiments are developed; technical specifications on introducing the given technology in production are worked out; the novelty of innovations is confirmed by positive permissions on inventions patenting in Ukraine; the branch of application is within the powder metallurgy enterprises; the field of usage are chemical, power-engineering, automobile indstries.
