Zubchenko G. Organization and Economic Mechanism of Motor Transport Efficiency Raising under Market conditions of Agricultural Production

The analysis of modern agricultural production level in Ukraine, of role and state of motor transport service, which is integral and important component, is made in this dissertation. The efficiency of agricultural motor transport under conditions of reforming of agrarian sector was estimated and causes of its reduction were revealed. Perspective increase of motor transport efficiency and decrease of service cost were substantiated from successful experience of different by legal status agricultural enterprises situated in different regions of Ukraine. Making use of revealed reserves would reduce cost per 1 tkm on 1,48 kop., which would yield a 7782 thousand grivnyas savings for Dniepropetrovsk region. As a result of investigations organizational and economic mechanism of raising motor transport efficiency in agriculture was substantiated and proposed. It contains system and level of salary, progressive organization of motor transport service, motor transport scheme improvement, optimal increase of motor transport potential, improvement of transportation organization and organization of driver's labor, economical service, raising quality of motor transport repairing, social security of workers.
