Kutsak G. The main of manifestation of derivative homonymy

The object: homonymous derivative suffixes of nouns and homonymous derivative prefixes of verbs of Ukrainian language. The purpose - to define borders of homonymy of most productive derivative affixes in Ukrainian language. Methods: descriptive, comparative, and quantitative. The results: the research deepens by the new items of information problem of homonymy of language units. Results can be used for a spelling of the textbooks and manuals on lexicology and word-building, for drawing up of the derivative dictionary of the Ukrainian language. The innovation: for the first time in complete volume the problem of derivative homonymy of affixes in Ukrainian language is investigated, the basic kinds of homonymy of derivative suffixes of nouns and derivative prefixes of verbs are determined.
