Strokina I. Combinative influence of moderate normobaric hypoxia and pharmacological drugs on acid- production in the stomach at persons with hypo- and hyperacid-production functions.

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the combinative influence of moderate normobaric hypoxia (MNH) and pharmacological drugs on human intragastric pH and determination of some mechanisms of this influence. The course of MNH in connection with traditional pharmacological influence and also short-term influence of MNH without pharmacological drugs were used. The reliable normalizing effect of combinative course of MNH and pharmacological drugs on acid-production in stomach at persons with hypoacid-production function and at 57% of persons with hyperacid-production function has been found. Normalizing of acid-production was registered on persons with unharmed mechanisms of adaptation. It was not registered on persons with hyperacid-production in stomach and burdening anamnesis. The increasing of partial pressure of oxygen of the arterializated blood which was measured by transkuteneous method after short-term influence of MNH has been established. It can be one of the mechanisms of positive inf luence of moderate normobaric hypoxia. The area of usage: gastroenterology.
