The thesis is a result of investigation of sintatic synonymy and syntatic variety in word combinations and sentences of the Ukrainian language. It is based on the works of fiction of XIX - XX centuries and periodicals of 1994 - 1999. It analyses synonymic and variational syntactic structures with the purpose of separation andsystematic description of syntactic synonymy and syntactic variety concepts as well as to determine the criteria of attribution of syntactic structure to one or another concept, systemation of variational and synonymic structures.
