Forage and food corn. Cultivators for inter-row and pre-soving tillage.The determination of agrarian and energy efficiency of mechanical techniques of care of corn-crops with various morphobiological features, whengrowing by the technology without herbicides, with use of tools of the new generation.The investigation methods are field experi , ments laboratory research by standard methods.For carrying outinter-row tillage, when growing forage and food corn by the technology without herbicides, it is necessary to use the new cultivator KEN-5,6. Pre-sowing soil-tillage ought to be carried out by the same cultivators. but re-equipped for the entire cultivation. The field-allowance of seeds for the technological siftings, when growing corn designed for food without herbicides, must be 6-7 % more than that of forage corn.For the first time, the integrated assessment and imof provement techniques of care of corn-crops, on basis of use of cultivators of new generation, is carried out.The results of the invest iga tions are introduced in the KSP "Kirovsky". Dniepropetrovsk district Dniepropetrovsk region, at the area of.120 hectares.The reduction of cot price of the product unit by 10.9 % and increase of energy efficiency factor from 3.89 to 4.31 are obtained.The branch of use is.agriculture and plant cultivation.
