The Dissertation is dedicated to the exploring problems of the restriction of human rights accomplishing on the basis of scientific publication analysis in the area of human rights, National Legislation of Ukraine and other countries, International Legal Acts, practice of National and International Legal Institutions activities. Specific recommendations have been developed for the purpose of improving Legislation and Juridical practice aimed to determine limits of human rights accomplishing.
