Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of features of clinical infringements in metal ligand homeostasis and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with various forms of alopecia and to the development of methods of their treatment. The infringements of cerebral hemodynamics were revealed. in 97,8% of patients with alopecia. The cortex of infringement with change of cerebral arteriovenous equilibrium were interconnected to prevalence and activity of the disease and co-located to the centers of alopecia were revealed in 96,2% of patients with alopecia. The imbalance of trace elements and biometals was fixed in the blood and hair of patients with alopecia. The complex method of treatment of patients with various forms of alopecia with applications of quantum hemotherapy and systemic polyenzymes was developed, and has been introduced into practice for public health services for the first time The method of treatment provides clinical remission for 70,5% of patients, by reducing the active phase of the diseas e by 30%, by comparison with traditional medical therapy (10-13 days compared with 15-16 days). Its introduction into practice of public health service practice allows an increase in the duration of remissions by 1,6 times and a reduction in the number of exacerbations and their frequency by 55,5%.
