Solovjova O. Correction of immunological, pro- and antioxidant state in anaesthesiological help in patients with complicated ulcer deseas.

The dissertation deals with the farmоcological correction with synthetic neuropeptides dalargin and antioxidant aevit (including vitamins A and E) of metabolic destructions, developed in the result of anaesthesia and operation trauma of patients with ulcer disease. It was found, that anaesthesia and operation trauma cause activization of lipid peroxidations, exost antioxidant defense and immunosupression of patients with ulcer disease. Such metabolic destructions are listed among the causes of the development of early postoperative complications. The research done proves that the usage of the combination of dalargin and aevit leads to inhibition of the activization of lipid peroxidation and softens immunosuppressive influence of operative invasion. Besides, it was found that such farmacological correction gave better the effect of premedication and restored the peristaltic waves earlier, than in the control group of patients. The effects of the treatment of 80 patients were demonstrated. The connect ion between the immunological status, processes of lipid peroxidations, antioxidant defense and degree of reactive anxiety was also marked.
