Essay

The thesis is devoted to the perfected treatment of patients suffering from ischemic insult. On the basis of the studied conenction among processes of the lipid peroxide oxidation and hemostasis there was proposed pathogenetic treatment ishemic insult with the use of low molecular anticoagulant "Fraxiparin" and polypeptyde "Wermilat". On the base of the experimental model of the acute brain blood circulation disorders it is recomended to use the polypeptide remedy "Wermilat" which showed good results in the treatment of patients with ishemic insult due to the positive influence on the clinical course of the disease , the normalization of the lipid peroxide oxidation processes, the coagulative hemostasis and cerebral hemodynamics.
