Dissertation is devoted to efficiency of rehabilitation treatment based on the study of clinical course of myocardial infarction, state of intracardial hemodynamics, hypertrophy of the left ventricle, toleranse to physical loading and of condition of coronary flow on the results of coronary angiography. 166 patients after myocardial infarction, 80 in combination with arterial hypertension and 86 without arterial hypertension were examined. During carring out work expertize it is necessary to accout peculiarities of recovery of capacity for work and changes of intracardial hemodynamics in patients with myocardial infarction in combination with arterial hypertension which were established in this investigation.The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical hospitals.
