Essay

Fusarium ear blight in winter wheat, triticale and rye in Fores-Steppe zone of Ukraine. General scientific phytopathological, microbiological and toxicological methods were used. It was showed, that 6 species of Fusarium can cause the disease, F.graminearum domi-nated among them. The role of F.graminearum, F.culmorum and F.sporotrichiella in disease harmful-ness was determined. Model for assessment of reduc-tion of grain weight from 1 ear in dependence on dis-ease severity was developed. Isolates with increased resistance to folicur BT were detected. It was showed that all analyzed isolates in vitro produced micotoxins zearalenon and dezoxinivalenol. Efficiency of bio-preperation agat 25K with rate 0.01 l/ha (72.2%) was proved under conditions of native and artificial infec-tion. Farm test was carried out at farm "Agrofirma Kopachivska", Derazhnja district, Khelnitsky region on area of 12 ha. Net income – 161.6 grn./ha. Results may be used in le-ar-ning process at high school, at agricul-tural farms.
