Thesis is devoted to study of changes spectrproteinogram and quantitative contents Ig G, Ig A, Ig M in fractions serum proteins in dynamics of disease and surgical treatment at 48 patients with acute cholecystitis, 36 - with mechanical icterum belignant genesis, 20 - with mechanical icterum malignant genesis and 24 - with pancreonecrosis. For qualitative and quantitative decoding standartisations both the method a disk-elektrophorese is unified and the computer complex of the opthoelektronic analysis is developed. The criteria for diagnostics of these illnesses pancreatichepatobiliar zone, forecasting of development асute hepatic of insufficiency in postoperative period of an estimation of efficiency of the developed complex surgical treatment are offered.
