Savenkova V. Differentiated external therapy of patients with allergodermatoses making use of national preparations containing betamethasone (clinical and experimental researches)

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of external therapy of patients with allergodermatoses using the national combined worked out preparations, containing strong corticosteroid - betamethasone, including creams "Betamethasone Valerate", "Betaflox", "Betacarb", on the emulsion hydrophilic basis and ointments "Betasalic" on the hydrophobic basis. Their high-therapeutic activity is proved experimentally, the praparations with different basis additionally introduced auxiliary substances depending on the clinical form and disease stage are justified. Also are clinically tested and put into practice highly effective methods of external therapy in complex with traditional common therapy which allow making use of the elaborated preparations to carry out the differentiated treatment of acute, half acute and chronic form of allergodermatoses, hyperkeratotic and infiltration forms of disease, allergodermatoses, attended with microbial infection.
