Essay

The new approach of cleaning of percutaneosly drained necrotic formations at gangrenous inguries of lungs and detoxication based on the intracavital absorption with the high dispersed silica have proposed. The method is also available for double-stage management of gangrena of the lung for preparation of patients for delayed surgery. The results have invited to the practice of specialised department and improved the outcomes.
