Kaz'miruk L. Improvement of Milk and Beef Production Technology in Podillya Region of Ukraine

The objects under investigation are cattle buildings, cattle, milk, beef. The objective of the investigation is scientific searching of simple, available and effective elements of dairy and beef-processing technology. The methods used are projected, zootechnical, technological and statistical ones. Theoretical and practical outcomes are complex approach to the improvement of technological elements that allow to increase cattle productivity. The Novelties are the developed cost-saving elements of technology and certain new approaches to the methods of housing cattle, its breeding, management and feeding.
