The thesis sacred to diagnostics questions and to cure of patients with the relapse obstruction of ureter.The work studies the anatomic-functional peculiarities of clinical flow of relapse obstruction of ureter, definites relapse criterions in patients with unsatisfactory results of surgical treatment megaureter, optimized indications and contra-indications to surgical correction of relapse obstruction of ureter.It is esteblished the main causes of relapse obstruction of ureter and surgical arrangements on their removal/It is offered to use in practical urology the term "relaps megaureter".
