Complex control object identification method by latent variable variance model was developed. For variance model description the functional dependence with multiplicative chance factor was used. Methods of parametric and structurial identification as well as criteria of the mean-squared prediction error and the average of the mean-squared prediction error were offered for this functional dependence identification.
