Essay

The thesis is devoted to learning medical, biological, social, and economic aspects of Sexually Transmitted Diseases, which determine prevalence of these diseases in the separate territory. Some clinical peculiarities of syphilis and gonorrhea are determined. Treponema pallidum is detected in nervous and vessel tissue with the help of an electronic microscopy. Neisseria gonorrhea strains that resistant against a wide spectrum of antibiotics and lined with capsule were identified. The differences of the epidemic process at venereal diseases are shown in various areas of Crimea. The distribution of syphilis and gonorrhea in the 1990-th years at a regional level is investigated. The mathematical model is created which predicts with accuracy 85-95 % cyclic rises and falls of morbidity. The method of definition of economic damage on 1 case venereal disease is developed. The regional program of struggle with venereal diseases in separately taken region is offered.
