Gida Y. Common to all mankind the human rights standards and maintenance of their realisation in activity of militia.

The dissertation is devoted to problems of universal standards of the human rights and role of militia in their realisation. Questions of the nature, contents, structure of the universal standards of the human rights, their formation and evolution are examined on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the juridical literature, international and national normative acts and generalisation of the practice. The role of the militia's activities on the human and citizens' rights and freedoms protection is considered as well. The main reasons and conditions are investigated which promote their infringement by this unit of the law enforcement bodies. The concrete ways and measures of their elimination and prevention are mentioned.
